Meet The Team
Our staff at Hinstock Manor Residential Care Home are our most precious resource and the training and development of our people is paramount. Hinstock Manor Residential Care Home are very proud to have achieved the Investors in People Award demonstrating our on-going commitment to staff training and development.
Many of our care staff who join the team at Hinstock Manor Residential Care Home already have extensive experience working within the Care environment. Often they have worked with the elderly in the community or in other Residential Care Homes whilst others have a nursing background or experience of Care work within a Hospital.
All of our staff at Hinstock Manor Residential Care Home receive training in First Aid, infection control, Adult Protection, dementia awareness, medication management, food hygiene, moving and handling and fire safety. These qualifications are renewed on a regular basis and courses are provided either in house or at different locations within Shropshire. A training file on all staff members is kept to ensure that qualifications are kept up to date.
And finally all of our staff have a genuine interest in working with and caring for older people (with or without) dementia, making Hinstock Manor an enriching and caring environment to live in.
We have 62 employees at Hinstock Residential Care Home working both full and part time.
